Scotland: Summer Networking Event with Lunch and games at the park
You are invited to an informal networking event with IIT alumni in Scotland. After the huge success of the events last year (summer picnic, autumn curling) we hope to see greater participation for this year’s summer meet up. This edition includes lunch, networking, energy panel discussion and games at the park.
Parking is available at the venue.
Schedule*:
10:45 – 11:00: Arrival at the Tulloch Community Centre
11:00 – 12:00: Introductions and Ice Breaker
12:00 – 12:45: Energy panel discussion
12:45 – 14:45: Lunch and Networking (Indian Cuisine with starters and dessert)
14:45 – 15:00: Closing remarks and departure from venue
15:00 – 17:00: Games @ South Inch Park
*Minor changes are possible due to weather/other factors
Registration:
Adults: £20
Kids (12 and above): £10
Kids under 12: £0
The above amount covers lunch, snacks and soft drinks. Please specify your choice between veg and non-veg (chicken) during registration.
Also, please bring any specific diet for toddlers/children, picnic chairs / mats and other outdoor needs (water bottles, hat etc.) for use at the park.
You are encouraged to share transport with fellow IITians from your area/city; you are welcome to use the city specific WhatsApp groups for coordination. Please note that there are no cooking facilities at the venue. Also, please feel free to bring any specific diet for toddlers/children and picnic chairs / mats for use at the park.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Hi Ishan, the venue policy only allows guide dogs indoors. So you are welcome to bring along guide dogs to the Tulloch Community Center, but not the pets unfortunately. We will be spending some time later in the day at the South Inch Park where dogs are allowed.
Hope to meet you and get introduced properly on the 18th if you can make it 🙂
