Refund Policy

Refund Policy for events:

1. Any refunds will incur a cancellation fee to cover costs. This is the higher of £5/- or 5% per ticket.
2. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. i.e if an event is held on a Saturday, the cancellation needs to be notified by email (to [email protected]) before midnight on the Friday of the previous week.
3. Tickets are transferable to others who are eligible to purchase such a ticket. However, any additional amount due would still be payable – e.g. Early member discount or difference between member and non-member prices.
4. If an event is fully sold, IIT AA UK may be able to “resell” the cancelled tickets to someone in the waiting list. In such a case, the tickets can be refunded  within 7 days subject to the cancellation fee above.
