IIT-Madras signs MoU with state government on road safety

IIT Madras signs MoU with Tamil Nadu government to implement a scientific enforcement approach to road safety. Key outcomes targeted from this collaboration include conducting forensic accident audits at identified crash spots and developing a comprehensive/scientific crash investigation. A detailed crash investigation report covering all aspects of safety will be submitted. It recommends accident-prevention measures for the hotspots.
