IIT Bhubaneswar Signs Five-Year MoU with Banashree Semiconductors on Chip Design
IIT Bhubaneswar has signed a five-year MoU with Banashree Semiconductors to collaborate on chip design research, joint R&D, and industry-ready training for students. The agreement, signed by IIT Bhubaneswar's Dean (SRIC) Prof. Vijay Shankar Pasupureddi and Banashree's Director Dr Chandramohan Umapathy, covers advanced silicon-node, low-power chip design work. It's aimed at building India's semiconductor talent pipeline through faculty and student exchanges alongside the joint research projects.
