It is also an opportunity to meet a special guest, Mr Radha Krishna Mathur. Mr Mathur is a IIT Kanpur and IIT Delhi Alumni, retired IAS officer who served at various senior positions for the Government of India including as 1st Lt. Governor of Ladakh, Chief Information Commisioner, Defence Secretary and Chief Secretary of Tripura. He is presently on the Board of Tata Advanced Systems and a couple of other firms. He is also the Chairman of a recently set up think tank for North East strategy (SHARE).
