Annual Lunch and Dance, Sunday 5th December
Now that we are back to in person socials, IIT AA UK committee is pleased to organise this year’s annual event at a very famous venue for Bollywood theme parties.
We are looking forward to another memorable event with lots of opportunity for participation by children and families
Event Highlights:
- Three course sumptuous buffet lunch, soft drinks
- Music, dance with professional Bollywood DJ
- Raffle, Games and Awards ceremony
- Opportunity for Networking and family get together
- Opportunity to dress up in elegant Indian, Western dresses. Prizes for
- Best Dressed Female, Male and Couple.
Alcohol can be purchased at the bar
Tentative program:
12:30 – Arrival and networking
13:15-14:00 – Starters
14:00-14:30 – Performance by fellow IITian
14:30-16:00 – Main Course and Deserts
16:00-17:00 – Music and dance with Bollywood DJ
17:00-17:30 – Awards ceremony
Tickets:Early Bird until 7th NovemberMembers including family members – £34 per person (Age 5 onwards)Guests/Non Members – £42 per person (Age 5 onwards)
8th November and beyond
Members including family members – £42 per person (Age 5 onwards)
Guests/Non Members – £50 per person (Age 5 onwards)
Children under 5 – Free
Tickets are generally non-refundable due to the commitment made to the venue.
For the benefit and assurance of all participants, we will request you are fully vaccinated and test negative before attending the event. We appreciate your support for the same.
If the event cannot go ahead due to any government COVID regulations, the tickets will be reusable for rescheduled date within a year.

The Member pricing is for members, their
Spouses/partners and children. She can purchase the guest/non-member ticket for you or you can purchase it yourself.
