IIT Madras tops ministry of education’s India Rankings 2022
The Indian Institute of Technology-Madras has bagged the top position in the Union ministry of education’s India Rankings 2022 of Higher Educational Institutions. IISc Bengaluru has been named the best university, while Jawaharlal Nehru University and Jamia Millia Islamia from Delhi got the second and third ranks respectively. IIM-Ahmedabad has been identified as the best business school in India, followed by IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad is the second best in the category while Panjab University, Chandigarh has been ranked third.
